Meet Chris Cole
Chris is an expert specializing in restoring fire, water, and storm damage to homes and businesses. He has been a professional restorer for 25 years, and his specialty is assisting homeowners through each phase of the damage restoration process: reaching agreements with insurers, dealing with mortgage companies, and then properly rebuilding the home and restoring its value and enjoyment. Chris is the owner of Sentry Construction Company located in Macon, GA. Chris is also a Georgia state licensed Public Adjuster.
He holds several pinnacle designations in the restoration and construction industry, including the coveted Certified Restorer (CR) and Water Loss Specialist (WLS) designations from the Restoration Industry Association and the Graduate Master Remodeler (GMR) designation from the National Association of Homebuilders. He also holds a number of other designations and certifications, such as Certified Mold Remediator and Certified Aging in Place Specialist.
Chris helps homeowners understand and navigate the insurance claims process; a process that has a number of expensive pitfalls that a homeowner can encounter.
